Kooking with Kristin: Hanki Panks!

I love Hanki Panks!  (also called Polish Mistakes, etc).  They have always been a favorite and they are easy to make!  I had my little helper, Owen, to help me!  

Hanki Panks

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 lb Velvetta Cheese
  • 1 Party Rye Bread mini loaf

Preparation:
  • Brown the hamburger and sausage
  • Cut up the cheese into cubes, add and stir  into the meat
  • We toasted the bread for a few minutes in the oven, so bread would be toasted and served the Hanki Panks meat and cheese out of the crockpot (make sure to set timer for the toasting and not forget about them like I did! hee hee).
