Kooking With Kristin: Baked Tilapia!

I feel like I make the same menu for dinners and have to force myself to think outside of the box sometimes.  I was looking for a dinner that was simple but a little different from our everyday meals and decided on a baked tilapia.  

Baked Tilapia

  • Boneless tilapia fillets
  • Butter or oil
  • Seasoning to taste

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place fillets on greased baking dish
  • Brush with melted butter or oil. (I used olive oil)
  • Season to taste (I topped with a lille lemon juice, pepper and Old Bay Seasoning)
  • Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
