Kooking With Kristin: Pork with Pistachio Butter Glaze!

One of my favorites!  Easy, a must-try-recipe and so yummy . . . 

Pork with Pistachio Butter Glaze!

  • Pork Chops (or pork loin)
  • Chopped pistachio nuts
  • Butter, margarine or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper-to taste
  • Honey-if wanted (I didn't have this time to add, so made without honey and did little more margarine and still great.  But honey better-if have).  

  • Cook pork in skillet with little butter 
  • Mix other ingredients (honey, salt, pepper and pistachios) and add to pork about 1/2 way into cooking.
