Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- 2 Eggs - crack them and whisk in bowl
- Breading - pour into bowl
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- We served with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.
- Pour the oil into frying pan and bring up to hot temperature
- Pound out the chicken so the chicken breasts are flat.
- Dip the chicken breasts in egg and then in the breading until they are covered.
- Then put and cook the chicken in the oil until done.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
