Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day to you all!  I love holidays!!  I love each and every one of the holidays for what they bring to our lives . . . a little time to reflect (even if just for a moment), to give thanks, think of others, and enjoy and appreciate those around us.  We don't have to wait for a holiday to be around to show those around us that we love them, but specifically on holidays, it doesn't hurt to stop and ensure that our friends and family around us all know how much they are loved.  Time flies by so quickly, but the awesome people around us add so much to our lives.  I am so thankful for the amazing family and friends that I have.  I had to share a few pictures of our family with this post and a quick note of how much we love and thank you all!

Dean and I will celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary in May and I love him more every day.  He has been an amazing husband, awesome father and I thank my lucky stars every day for him.  Owen will be turning 4 years old in March and Gracie will be 3 years old in July!  They are our two little miracles and I am amazed by their little personalities and how much they grow with each passing day.  To say that time has flown by these last couple years and especially these last few months, is an understatement.  We moved in Mid-November to a different house that we love so much, but it really has been a whirlwind!  The time has gone by so fast, but the memories we have collected and family we have created along the way will never be replaced!

Here are my two little valentines coloring and making their valentines pretty!  (Thank you, Mimi & Po, for their cards to hand out at school).  We have stacks of homemade cards and pictures they have made for "Balentines Day" as they call it.  Partly because anytime they are getting a little stir crazy or arguing, my go-to-item is typically, "Who wants to Color??!!!"  We got in the car yesterday and Owen said, "Mommy, tomorrow is Balentine's Day.  Just so you don't forget!"  I made them each a little card and have a few treats they will love.  What special little people they are!  (phone pictures!)

Thank you to my amazing family and friends!  I am so thankful.  I hope you all can also take a few minutes in your day or week to tell your friends and family in your lives around you how much they mean to you.  Happy Valentine's Day!

XXOO, Kristin
