ISES March Luncheon at The Mansion at Oak Hill!

Thanks to the International Special Events Society (ISES Indiana) & The Mansion at Oak Hill for hosting an amazing luncheon this week!!!  What a fun event. All the staff and food at the Mansion at Oak Hill are awesome.  Erin Bradburn, Oak Hill's amazing wedding & event planner, as always ensured all details were taken care of for us!!  Sarah Hines, with Accent on Indianapolis, is always so full of life and I want her amazing personality-even if just for a day!  Thank you, Sarah, for all you do for the ISES events.  Beautiful navy blue and silver color scheme satin tablecloths, napkins and chair covers and sashes by Chair Covers and Linens. Absolutely gorgeous bright orange rose floral arrangements by Posh Petals!!  I always love the ISES Indiana Events, because it means getting together with all my wedding industry vendor friends, eat, mingle and hang out.  Thank you to everyone who helped with anything involved in the event.  I didn't take too many photos at this luncheon because the awesome Marty Moran & Emily Brauchle with Bello Romance Photography were on it!  You guys are awesome and love you two!!! :)  It is always so fun to see so many friends there!

Thank you to all the ISES luncheon event sponsors:

Thanks Marty Janis, CEO of Atlantic Services Group, for the leadership insights. I loved the "Really, isn't that interesting!" tip when someone is giving you negative feedback.  It is hard to hear constructive criticism and feedback and not get defensive.  So I love the help to try to take a breath, step back and let people talk and give opinions - and listen to them, whether the feedback is good or bad!!  Are we really listening to others around us and adjusting what we do as a leader based on what others tell us to fix or need to work on??  I loved the meeting.

Here are a few of the highlights from the ISES luncheon . . .
Thanks again to everyone who made the luncheon happen!!  XXOO, Kristin
