Kooking with Kristin (& Andrea!): Popcorn Night!

Ok, so recently my husband, Dean, and my sister-in-law, Andrea, decided that they were going to try and make us "Old Maids" popcorn.  According to yahoo, "Old Maids popcorn kernels" are any un-popped kernels that are left behind and not included with the others...as in sitting waiting for someone to ask them to dance!  The whole night started because of their love of those "old maid" kernels and those partially popped kernels.  So they planned a night to try to make us some!  Although they didn't come up with a batch that were completely "old maids," it was fun getting to eat their results and it was fun trying different popcorn toppings on the popcorn too!  Yum.  Thanks, Andrea and Dean, for the yummy attempts!!
